Neil Amondson, Principal and founder of AKA DEVELOPERS has been involved in all aspects of the real estate development spectrum. Amondson, a former WA State Senator for SW Washington (1987-’94) has a “hands-on” understanding of the land use arena from both a regulatory and developer perspective. With experience in civil construction throughout the western United States, Amondson serves as manager for Sovran Development Group in providing one of the largest Urban Growth Area (UGA) expansions in WA State history.
